How long can I keep my gift voucher ? Your voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Can I use my gift voucher multiple times ? Of course, you can use your voucher all at once or in multiple transactions if the amount of your gift voucher is higher than the service you have chosen. The remaining balance will then be available for a future booking.
Is my voucher refundable or exchangeable ? Your gift voucher is neither refundable nor exchangeable.
