It is customary on all ships to tip crew members at your discretion. MSC recommend the usual tip amount per person
per night of € 10 / US $ 12.50. In order to allow you a comfortable, discreet transaction, the tip recommendation
can already be noted on your boarding account. You can then arrange the voluntary tip amount you want as part of the
final billing of your on-board account. – This rule does not apply if the hotel service charge is included from October 19, 2021
In case of cancellation up to 45 days, before the date of arrival, 50 EUR per person will be charged.
In case of cancellation later than 45 days, and up to 30 days, before the date of arrival 30 % of the total price will be charged.
In case of cancellation later than 30 days, and up to 21 days, before the date of arrival 50 % of the total price will be charged.
In case of cancellation later than 21 days, and up to 0 days, before the date of arrival 100 % of the total price will be charged.
In case of no-show 100 % of the total price will be charged.
